PROJECT DETAILS

This project called for the simultaneous development of two distinctly different proposals for the same space. The client required multiple visions of the space to attract potential clients and communicate the space’s potential.

For the first design Pirie Associates developed an original folded-plate wall and ceiling system as part of a contemporary Urban Bistro scheme. Lighting strategies transform the space from casual during the day to formal and intimate at night.
In the second design we deployed high impact graphics and period fixtures to create the feel of a mid-century Atomic Age Diner. This energetic environment reflects the inventive and forward-thinking history of the Science Park district.
